The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is a Government of India initiative to provide affordable housing to EWS beneficiaries. Eligible applicants may avail a subsidy of ₹2.50 lakh, subject to scheme conditions. Refer to the information booklet to know more.

The preference selection window for the August 2026 scheme will open on 15th August 2026 at 11 am . Registrations for the CIDCO housing scheme are open year round.

The preference window will open which will allow the applicants to give 15 preferences out of the available inventory. After this the applicant has to pay the booking amount which qualifies him for the lottery. The allotment of the houses is done through the CIDCO lottery. The detailed process is available in the information booklet available under the downloads section.

For the August 2026 scheme, CIDCO has announced 4,779 homes for EWS with inventory available at Taloja, Kalamboli, Kharghar . You can find the details under the “CIDCO projects” page.

CIDCO offers 1 BHK and 2 BHK homes.

● 1 BHK: 322 – 398 sq. ft.
● 2 BHK: 540 – 567 sq. ft.

It is a special opportunity where CIDCO allows the interested buyers to choose the project, tower and floor during the preference window and homes are allotted through a lottery process. For details, refer to the information booklet available under the downloads section.

Anyone whose total family annual income is above ₹6 lakh falls under the non-EWS category.

EWS stands for Economically Weaker Section. It includes applicants with an annual family income of ₹6 lakh or below. For complete eligibility details, please refer to the information booklet available under the downloads section.

The lottery for the August 2026 scheme will be conducted once the booking window closes. Applicants must visit the CIDCO website (https://www.cidcohomes.com) at regular intervals to know about the updates related to the ongoing scheme. Additionally, we will send notifications through the CIDCO app and SMS to all registered applicants.
